It’s been a busy few weeks for me, and one of which I was happy to visit Dr. Lana Marconi on Health Matters, a program through RogersTV.

A few take-home messages I do want you to notice in this video when you watch:

  1. Skin care is a whole body approach (or holistic). When we address multiple systems in the body at the same time, we can see real change in the skin.
  2. Skin change takes time, and patience. Just as we are not the same from one day to the next, neither is the skin. Healing the skin tends to be peaks and valleys rather than a straight line.
  3. These principles can be applied to every health condition; physical, mental, or emotional!
