Mindfulness for Daily Life: An introduction

This class is an in-house class to help true beginners learn about what it means to be mindful, and how to incorporate mindful activities into your daily lives.

Time: Weekly for 4 weeks from 6:30-8:30 pm, beginning July 14, 2016.
Cost: $275 +HST for 4 sessions.
What: We will be learning about mindfulness, by meditating, outside walking, journaling, doodling, you name it!
What you should wear: Something comfortable with socks and a small blanket or a sweater as sometimes sitting can get you cold.
What can you bring: A willingness to learn and an open mind!
What you will get: 4 weeks of guided instruction, including handouts, and just a little bit of homework.
