This class is an in-house class to help true beginners learn about what it means to be mindful, and how to incorporate mindful activities into your daily lives.
Time: | Weekly for 4 weeks from 6:30-8:30 pm, beginning July 14, 2016. |
Cost: | $275 +HST for 4 sessions. |
What: | We will be learning about mindfulness, by meditating, outside walking, journaling, doodling, you name it! |
What you should wear: | Something comfortable with socks and a small blanket or a sweater as sometimes sitting can get you cold. |
What can you bring: | A willingness to learn and an open mind! |
What you will get: | 4 weeks of guided instruction, including handouts, and just a little bit of homework. |
