Mindfulness for Daily Life: An introduction

This class is an in-house class to help true begin­ners learn about what it means to be mind­ful, and how to incor­por­ate mind­ful activ­it­ies into your daily lives.

Time: Weekly for 4 weeks from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, begin­ning July 142016.
Cost: $275 +HST for 4 ses­sions.
What: We will be learn­ing about mind­ful­ness, by med­it­at­ing, out­side walk­ing, journ­al­ing, dood­ling, you name it!
What you should wear: Something com­fort­able with socks and a small blanket or a sweat­er as some­times sit­ting can get you cold.
What can you bring: A will­ing­ness to learn and an open mind!
What you will get: 4 weeks of guided instruc­tion, includ­ing handouts, and just a little bit of home­work.
