This class is an in-house class to help true beginners learn about what it means to be mindful, and how to incorporate mindful activities into your daily lives.
|Time:||Weekly for 4 weeks from 6:30 – 8:30 pm, beginning July 14, 2016.|
|Cost:||$275 +HST for 4 sessions.|
|What:||We will be learning about mindfulness, by meditating, outside walking, journaling, doodling, you name it!|
|What you should wear:||Something comfortable with socks and a small blanket or a sweater as sometimes sitting can get you cold.|
|What can you bring:||A willingness to learn and an open mind!|
|What you will get:||4 weeks of guided instruction, including handouts, and just a little bit of homework.|
